Speaking of, Hattori, I retract what I said about it being Rena. I didn't notice the scar on his face first time around, and for some reason that's made me change my mind (possibly because Rena isn't likely to pay that much attention to disguise detail, but who knows). I still can't make up my mind whether it's actually him or someone disguised as him, though.

I'm also entertaining the possibly ludicrous idea that the Akai in the bank is actually Bourbon who is actually a BO member, pretending to be Akai (since they did say Bourbon is crafty, and if Bourbon =/= Akai, disguising as him would be an appropriately sneaky move). I refuse to let go of the notion that Subaru = Akai, though, if only because it's the only obvious loophole I can see that would allow Gosho to say Akai is dead when he actually isn't.

...If that made any sense.

That too! But you're right, it doesn't line up, especially since Rena has been pretty forward with how she gets them the information. She just calls them on her cell phone DX

I used to read FMA like religiously. And then I stopped. I don't know why DX It's such a good series.

I did the exact same thing, picked it up again, and got hooked all over again. Although it's a little easy to put it down when there's something like three months between updates.

Still, catch uuuup. Everyone's executing their coup d'états all at the same time and it's amazing how much shit has gone down. Al just had his Crowning Moment of Awesome, too. And that's when I'd already thought he had one. He topped all the awesome he'd done before that, I swear. And if he wins that fight, he's topping all the awesome, period.

Oh man, you've missed some of the most awesome parts. Olivier has been brutal, even for her, the chimeras have been increasing in awesome with every chapter, and Hohenheim looks exactly like Ed when he gets cocky.

Probably because Pride and Fury were switched around in the anime. Fury is the Fuhrer, with his eyepatch and crazy swordwork, and Pride is Selim, the little boy he 'adopted' who can travel in shadows.
